Room sizes are disappointingly small!!! Sound isolation in bathrooms is severely lacking!!! Check-out process could use a significant overhaul to prevent key malfunction before scheduled time!!!

we had a fantastic time at paloma orenda! the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are super friendly. the warm swimming pools were a hit with my family. we loved having so many food options at the restaurant, and the fitness center kept us active, too.

The accommodations in the Standard Double Garden View offered a peaceful retreat amidst stunning greenery. the beach area was well-organized, enhancing relaxation opportunities. While the food—particularly the butter—was delightful, the dining experience occasionally felt less polished, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable atmosphere. Improvements in staff responsiveness during peak times would enhance the overall experience.

The outdoor areas were well-maintained with lovely lawns and trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.

The check-in process was quite superficial, with no welcome drink offered and minimal orientation about the hotel facilities.

We had a wonderful time with the well-run kids club making our stay memorable. The smooth checkout process was a nice touch, but I wished the dining options were more varied.

It is a delightful hotel with exceptionally attentive staff and a well-organized beach area to unwind!

Had a blast at this place! We were a big group and loved using the tennis courts and all the fun amenities. The food at the snack bar was surprisingly tasty, and the staff were super friendly. Just wish the rooms weren’t a bit cramped, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

We stayed in a cozy room surrounded by beautiful gardens, which was super relaxing! The staff were awesome, always going the extra mile to help us out. Enjoyed munching on some yummy bites at the snack bar while soaking up the sun. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but we made it work just fine.

It was just a nice choice for a stopover in Side with excellent value for money. The kids club was well-organized, keeping my little ones entertained throughout our stay. Avoid the salon on the last day to sidestep any surprise charges.
